About this event
Broeders IJsbaden runs an introductory ice bath workshop in Utrecht on the second Saturday of the month, held at the premises of Fysiotherapie Bodyproof. The session lasts about one and a half hours and is aimed at people new to cold water. A coach gives a theory part on cold training, followed by practical exercises for use at home and an ice bath taken with one-to-one supervision. A question round with the coach closes the session. Each date has room for ten participants, and tickets are booked online for a specific date. The announced dates run from November 2026 to March 2027.
