About this event
KYND runs a one day facilitator course in saunagus at its Ørestad location in Fælledby. The December date runs on a Thursday from 16:00 to 22:00. The course is aimed at beginners who want to host gus sessions or learn the craft for themselves. It covers the basic principles of saunagus and sauna safety, essential oils and how to use them, the structure of a gus, fan technique and towel swinging. Participants practise in the sauna and each host a short round at a closing mini event, with feedback from the instructors Line Pedersen and Anne Howalt. A handbook, a course certificate and access to an on demand video course are included, as are snacks, coffee and tea.
