About this event
La Sauna, which runs guided saunagus at Ly Outdoor Camp on the edge of Silkeborg, holds a one-day course there for future gus masters. It is a beginners' course in Danish and open to everyone. The day starts with theory and practical exercises: basic rules for using a sauna, how a saunagus session is put together, an introduction to essential oils, and fanning and swinging techniques with the towel. The group then goes into the sauna, where each participant leads a short session and gets feedback from the teacher and the others. Food and drinks are included, and participants receive a course certificate. The course in Silkeborg runs from 12:00 to 16:30 and is led by Rikke Jochumsen.
