About this place
La Sauna Silkeborg is a sauna at Ly Outdoor Camp on Vejlsøvej, near Indelukket and about 100 metres from the Gudenå, with a view towards the lake. It is run by La Sauna, which also has sites in Aarhus and Odense. The sauna offers only guided saunagus: a gus master leads three rounds of 12 to 15 minutes with oils, music and a fan, with cold showers between rounds and a quiet moment at the end. Guests can also take a dip in the river. Changing rooms, toilets and lockers are on site. Sessions are booked in an online calendar and paid with clip cards.
