About this event
The Breath Wave holds a breath circle with an optional ice bath on selected Saturday mornings in The Hague. Each session lasts three hours, from ten until one. It begins with a short introduction and gentle breathing exercises, followed by a longer breathing session with body work and live music on handpan and didgeridoo. Participants may then take an ice bath with personal guidance; taking part in it is optional. The morning ends with tea and conversation in the group. The group is limited to six people, no previous experience is required, and the session is held in Dutch and English. Tickets are booked online in advance.
