About this place

Glaecier is a sauna club on a houseboat at the end of the pier opposite La Banchina on Refshaleøen. On board are a panorama sauna facing the harbour, changing rooms, lounge areas and a floating pool filled with filtered harbour water. Access is mainly by membership, which has a waiting list and allows ten visits a month; members may bring guests. Without membership, the Open Gus on Tuesday evenings is the way in: two sessions with three sauna rounds scented with essential oils, each followed by a dip in the pool, booked online. A second location on Havnegade, open without a waiting list, is announced for early 2027.
