Arndal Spa & Fitness is a day spa with a gym on Store Kongensgade in central Copenhagen. The spa area has a sauna, a steam bath, a salt-water tub at 37 °C for up to four people and a lounge with fruit, lemonade or tea. Non-members enter with a spa day pass; spa use is also included for up to two hours with massages and spa services above a set amount. At weekends, spa access requires a booking of at least 55 minutes. Staff lead a Saunagus with essential oils and towel fanning on Monday and Wednesday at 19:00 and on Friday and Sunday at 17:00; places are reserved by email. The minimum age is 16.
