About this place

Innercise Sydhavn is the first site of Innercise, a Copenhagen provider of breathwork and cold exposure, in use since 2021 on Bådehavnsgade in Sydhavn, a short walk from Sluseholmen station. The sauna and the ice baths are on the roof terrace on the third floor; the sauna seats 17 to 18 people. There are six outdoor showers and separate changing rooms for men and women. The sauna is used only in guided saunagus and ice bath classes, booked online for a set time, so the opening hours follow the class schedule. Classes run on most days of the week, among them a saunagus for women. Parking on site is free.
