About this place

KYND Sydhavn is a sauna at BaneGaarden, a green site with tall trees on Otto Busses Vej in the south-west of Copenhagen, run by KYND, formerly known as Mobilsauna. The sauna stands on a terrace and holds 12 to 14 people. Two outdoor cold showers are next to it; the cold plunges are out of use for now under the rules for public bathing facilities. There are two outdoor changing cabins and lockers, but no indoor changing rooms or showers. Entry is through guided saunagus sessions of about an hour, booked online in advance, from age 15. BaneGaarden has a café, food stalls and a bar during its own opening hours.
