Sauna85 Amager is one of two Copenhagen sites of Sauna85, set in a garden away from traffic on Yderlandsvej on Amager. The sauna holds 20 guests and is used only for saunagus, booked through the Sauna85 calendar. A session lasts about 75 minutes, with three rounds of about twelve minutes and breaks of about eight minutes; the gus master pours water with essential oils on the hot stones, moves the steam with a towel or fan and plays music. The site has separate changing rooms, cold outdoor showers and a cold plunge. Minimum age is 15 years, and tickets are valid at all Sauna85 sites.
