Indre ro is a small centre for yoga, meditation and coaching on Skt. Jørgensgade in central Odense, in one of the older quarters of the city. Its sauna stands outdoors in the Lotus Garden. It is used for guided saunagus sessions of 75 to 120 minutes with at most eight guests, in grounding, meditative and drum journey formats, with music, essential oils and a cold shower between rounds. Every session has breaks between the rounds, and nuts and fruit are served. Sessions are announced in the calendar and booked online. Private groups can book the sauna, and on weekends the Lotus B&B offers spa stays.
