About this place
SaunagusOdense is a saunagus venue on Gartnervænget in the postal district Odense NØ, on the outskirts of the city, in green surroundings. Every visit is a guided session of about 70 minutes led by a gus master, with three to four rounds in the sauna and an ice bath at about 5 °C or a cold shower in between. Sessions come in several formats: meditative at a milder heat, Viking with forest and birch scents, high energy with loud music, flow, and a session for women only. Special events combine saunagus with talks or courses. Sessions are booked online, and the whole venue can be booked for private and company events.
