Them Hallerne is the sports and swimming centre in Them, a town in Silkeborg Municipality a few kilometres south-west of Silkeborg. Beside the swimming hall with a 25 metre pool, a warm water pool and a children's pool lies a wellness area of about 200 square metres with a sauna for up to 45 people, a spa pool for 14, a cold water tub, a rest area and an enclosed courtyard. Further saunas are in the two changing rooms. The wellness area is open during the pool's public hours and is included in the pool ticket. Saunagus sessions at the weekend cost nothing extra; seats for the Tuesday and Thursday sessions and the Friday Kuraften are booked separately.
