Badhus West lies on the Sloterplas lake on Noordzijde in Amsterdam and centres on guided Saunagus sessions. The private sauna The View sits on the water with a view across the lake and takes groups of up to ten for 75 minutes, with use of the cold plunge and showers. Entry is from 12 years.
