About this place

De Roos is a house for yoga and pilates on the P.C. Hooftstraat at the Vondelpark, with a café, a shop and rooms for events under one roof. Its sauna has space for more than 20 people, and one of its walls is laid with Himalayan salt stones. Sessions run in blocks of 50 minutes and are booked ahead through the De Roos app or the online timetable; a wristband handed out on arrival grants entry. Each session takes one credit, and single credits are sold without a membership. Towels can be brought along or rented in the shop. Every day the sauna closes for an hour of upkeep between 13:00 and 14:00.
