About this place

Sauna Deco is a city sauna on the Herengracht in central Amsterdam, in business for more than 44 years, with about 600 m² of spa space. Much of the interior, including large curved leaded glass windows and a former ceiling lamp that now lights the lounge, comes from the Paris department store Le Bon Marché of the 1920s. There are two Finnish saunas, one above 100 °C and one at 80 °C, a steam room, an infrared cabin, foot baths, a large cold plunge pool, loungers and a lounge with a small menu. There is no swimming pool or jacuzzi. All days are mixed and without swimwear, children are welcome until 20:00, and phones stay at reception.
