The Light Side

The Light Side is a gym on the Tt. Vasumweg in Amsterdam-Noord with a rooftop terrace overlooking the IJ. Its Daily Flow programme pairs a small-group workout and breathwork with Sweat & Shiver, a round in the sauna and the ice bath up on the roof. A second plan, Solo Flow, covers training on one's own in the gym and on the terrace and does not mention the sauna. Regular use of the sauna comes with the Daily Flow memberships. Without a membership, the sauna can be tried once in a free trial session, requested by email or through the booking link on the website. Opening hours are not published.
