About this event
On the first Saturday of every month, the SPA-ROSA in Travemünde holds a sauna marathon from two to six in the afternoon. For these four hours the spa announces special infusions. The sauna area of the hotel on the Baltic coast has seven saunas, among them a Finnish sauna at 90 to 95 degrees, a Himalayan salt sauna, a citrus steam bath and a bio sauna; an ice grotto, a plunge pool and a Kneipp pool are there for cooling down. Day guests enter with a Day SPA ticket that is booked online. Access to the sauna area is from the age of 14.
