SPA-ROSA is the spa of the A-ROSA hotel on Außenallee in Travemünde, with more than 4,500 m² open to hotel and day guests. The sauna area has a Finnish sauna at 90 to 95 °C with event infusions, a bio sauna at 50 to 60 °C, a Himalaya salt sauna at 60 °C, eucalyptus and citrus steam baths at 40 °C and a ladies' sauna on Fridays and Saturdays, plus an ice grotto, a plunge pool and a Kneipp basin. A textile family sauna at 60 °C sits next to heated indoor and outdoor seawater pools. Day guests book a full day, four hours, a morning or an evening, towels included. Sauna entry is from age 14.
