About this event
La Sauna, which runs guided saunagus at Godsbanen in central Aarhus, offers a one-day course for future gus masters. It is a beginners' course held in Danish. The day starts with theory and practical exercises: basic rules for using a sauna, how a saunagus session is put together, an introduction to essential oils, and fanning and swinging techniques with the towel. Afterwards the group goes into the sauna, where each participant leads a short session of their own and gets feedback from the teacher and the others. Food and drinks are included, and participants receive a course certificate. Each course day runs from 10:00 to 14:30 and is led by Rikke Jochumsen.
