About this event
Mikael Hedegaard, an instructor of the Wim Hof Method, holds Fundamentals workshops at Movement Method on Tomsagervej in Åbyhøj, in the west of Aarhus. Each workshop runs on a Tuesday evening from 17:00 to 21:30 and is held in Danish. It combines theory and practice on the three topics of the method, breathing, cold and mindset, and ends with an optional ice bath. During a break a light meal, snacks, coffee and tea are served. There is free parking at the venue; buses 6A, 12 and 22 stop at Søren Frichsvej/Viby Ringvej, about six minutes away on foot.
