About this event
On the first Sunday of each month, Badeanstalten Spanien in central Aarhus combines gentle yoga with an evening in its Grossererbadet wellness area. There are two groups: the first does yoga at the pool edge from 17:00 to 18:00, the second from 18:30 to 19:30. Each group then has an hour in the Grossererbadet with sauna, steam baths and spa pools, a saunagus with essential oils, a body scrub in the steam bath, snacks and cold drinks. The yoga suits all levels, and anyone over 15 can take part. Mats can be borrowed. Each event has 28 tickets.
