About this event
Sofiebadet holds an evening on menopause and perimenopause on a Thursday from 19:00 to 21:30. It begins with a talk and an open conversation about what happens in body and mind during this transition, hosted by Io Hulten, a former midwife and conversation host. Afterwards the group moves to the spa area: the sauna with oils chosen for the theme by Stine T. Andersen, the steam bath, the cold water tub and the quiet hammam dome. Herbal tea, slippers and a closing oil are included. The evening is aimed at women over 35 and open to all women interested in the subject.
