About this event
Heat Harmony and the studio InFlowMotion hold a joint Saturday morning of movement and sauna. Guests arrive at InFlowMotion at Møntmestervej 27 from 10:15, with herbal tea and protein bar bites. From 10:30 to 11:30 there is a gentle reformer flow class. The group then walks together to Heat Harmony at Bispevej 23, where a relaxed saunagus session runs from 12:00 to 13:15. Snack bars, coffee and oat drinks are served at the end. The event has seven places and, according to the organiser, is fully booked.
