Heat Harmony

Heat Harmony is an outdoor sauna site on Bispevej in Copenhagen Nordvest that runs only guided saunagus sessions. A gus master pours water with essential oils on the stones of a cedar sauna and moves the heat with a towel; a session of 60 to 75 minutes has rounds of 10 to 12 minutes with about ten minutes of rest in between. For cooling there is a terrace with filtered plunge tubs and four showers, one of them warm. Separate changing rooms have lockers and stay locked during sessions. Entry is a single ticket or a clip card, booked online; a session can be cancelled if fewer than five people sign up. Private and company bookings are possible on request.
