About this event
Heat Harmony at Bispevej in Copenhagen Nordvest holds a foundational training course for future saunagus masters. This date is an evening course on a Tuesday from 17:00 to 22:00. The programme covers the core skills of a saunagus, such as handling the towel, timing and breathing, as well as the safe use of essential oils. Participants then lead sessions of their own within the group. Food and drinks are included for the duration of the course. According to the organiser, participants who are a good match may be invited back to a second training if positions are open. Twelve places are available. A second date follows on 6 December.
