About this event
Nada & Saunagus is a Sunday evening in the wellness area of Them Hallerne, the swimming hall in Them in Silkeborg Municipality, from 17:00 to 20:00. The programme combines three saunagus sessions with a 45-minute NADA session, a body scrub, and NADA tea with fruit. The sauna in the wellness area holds up to 45 people; a spa pool and a cold water tub are part of the area. Tickets were sold in advance on the events page of the hall, and the evening is sold out. Them Hallerne also holds a Kuraften with saunagus every Friday and, by its own account, special gus events at least once a month.
