AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is a thermal bath in the Carlsberg district on Ny Carlsberg Vej. A visit lasts 90 minutes and leads through a series of pools at different temperatures: the warm Tepidarium, the hot Caldarium, the cold Frigidarium, the Balneum with many jets, the salt-water Flotarium and an ankle-deep cold foot bath at 10 °C. There is no dry sauna; the heat comes from the Vaporium, a steam room scented with essential oils. A salt scrub area and a heated marble lounge where tea is served complete the circuit. Guests move through the baths at their own pace. Visits are booked online for a set time.
