About this place

Innercise Vanløse opened in February 2025 as the second Copenhagen site of Innercise, a provider of breathwork and cold exposure. It is on Jernbane Allé in Vanløse, within walking distance of Vanløse station for the metro and the S-train. The sauna on the third-floor roof terrace seats 20 to 22 people; next to it are ice baths and two outdoor showers, and the changing rooms are separate for men and women. Access to the sauna is through guided saunagus and ice bath classes, booked online for a set time, so the opening hours follow the class schedule. Paid parking is available in the Kronen Vanløse car park.
