About this event
The Coldwater Breathworkshop at Rune Sauna in Kiel combines sauna, guided breathwork and a dip in the Baltic Sea in one structured sequence of 120 minutes. It is led by Claudia Wolf, a certified breathwork coach, who helps participants find a breathing technique for the time in the cold water. The workshop is open to beginners and to those with experience. Each date is limited to ten places and starts at 7 pm. Places are booked in advance through the booking system of the sauna. The event page names 6 December, and the booking calendar lists further dates in November and January.
