About this event
In the New Moon Edition, Hannah of inco spaces guides up to eight guests through a sound journey in the sauna of Rune Sauna in Kiel once a month during the winter season. The sauna is heated to 60 degrees. Each session consists of two rounds of guided meditation, accompanied by crystal bowls, koshi chimes and a tongue drum, and lasts one hour. Places are limited so that everyone can lie down on the benches. The series is part of three winter formats with Hannah. On each date there are two sessions, at 6.30 and 7.45 pm, booked in advance through the booking system of the sauna.
