About this place

KYND Kalvebod Brygge is a panorama sauna on the waterfront terrace of the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, facing the harbour. It is run by KYND, formerly known as Mobilsauna, and holds 12 to 14 guests. Next to the sauna is an approved harbour bathing zone, used at one's own risk; a red light signals when swimming is not advised. There are no showers or cold plunges at the sauna, only two changing booths and lockers outside; indoor showers and changing rooms in the hotel cost extra. Entry is through guided saunagus sessions of about an hour, booked online in advance, from age 15. On Saturdays and Sundays a session with brunch is also offered.
